Import and export

Export

Click Export on a result or table and choose a format:

Format	Use
CSV	Spreadsheets, generic tooling
JSON	APIs, document stores
SQL	`INSERT` statements (SQL databases)
Excel	`.xlsx` workbook

Open a table or run a query

Click Export

Pick a format and options, then choose where to save

Export what you see. Filtered exports respect the filters applied in the grid; only the matching rows are written.

Bring a file into a table:

Choose Import on the target table

Pick the source file

Map the file's columns to the table's columns

Run the import

CSV
JSON
SQL (run a `.sql` file of statements)

Excel is export-only, there is no .xlsx import.

Import and export move per-table data. To copy or restore an entire database, use Backup and restore.
